1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Rockycliffs AI consulting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Rockycliffs provides AI technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• AI-driven event planning solutions
• Operations optimization consulting
• Strategic AI implementation planning
• Lead generation services
• Custom AI solution development

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in your service agreement. For lead generation services, payment is based on qualified leads delivered as defined in your specific contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services and any deliverables created by Rockycliffs remain the property of Rockycliffs unless otherwise specified in writing. Client retains ownership of their proprietary data and information.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the consulting engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rockycliffs' liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
